We will happily give a full refund on fresh products within 48 hours of delivery. We will require you send us a photo and explanation of the reason for wanting a refund.
On anything other then fresh products you have 10 days from the purchase date to request a full refund.
We require you to do only the following:
- Return the product
- Properly water flowers or plants
- Notify us of the problem within return limit time frames; 48hours for fresh items and 10 days for non fresh items.
